How will my shipment arrive?
Your order will be shipped by FedEx Air, FedEx Ground, UPS Air or UPS Ground depending on your delivery location. Trust us…We’ve been shipping our bison across this great Nation for many years. We choose the carrier because our experience shows that packing your meat right and choosing the shipper who can deliver to your area in the shortest time with the most cost-effective rate, makes a happy customer. It ensures that your meat arrives in good condition. From Order to Opening your box…WE want YOU to have the best experience possible!
When will my order ship and How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed by midnight on Saturday are shipped out on the following Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after the Saturday deadline will be shipped out on the next weeks Monday or Tuesday. Our goal is to get your order to you within 2-3 business days once your order is shipped. Shipping delays can happen, but we pack your meat to arrive safe even in the event of a shipping delay. Of course, meat is perishable and there is a limit to the extent of a delay, but we are confident that your order will arrive on time.
How do you pack my Meat?
We pack your meat with PRIDE! Our meat is vacuum packed to keep a fresher freezer life. You can expect your meat to last approximately a year in the freezer. Once frozen, we start with a quality box lined with dense 1.5” Styrofoam. Next, we line a 2nd box with a plastic liner and begin packing your order for shipment. Your order will be packed frozen. Finally, we place an ice gel pack in the top of the box, twist tie the bag, place your meat into the prepared Styrofoam lined box and we send it off to you! Yes… it’s double boxed! Yay…. A healthy and lean box of pure goodness is on its way to you!
Why am I only able to order some products in a box option and not individually?
Our Bison primal cuts are packaged in the box options available online before they hit the freezer. We want those primal cuts to form together from a fresh state and then freeze that way. It creates fewer air pockets in the box which keeps the meat tighter and eliminates air pockets, which will delay thawing.

What happens once my order has shipped?
You will be provided with shipping and tracking information by email. Please watch for the arrival date of your order and make sure somebody is available to receive your order upon arrival. It will be important to bring your meat inside, unbox and place into the freezer immediately upon arrival.
What happens if I have questions about my order upon arrival?
